How do I connect my WhatsApp number?
After creating your account, go to Settings > Channels and follow the embedded signup flow to connect your WhatsApp Business number via Meta's Cloud API.
Can I use Waspy on my phone?
Yes! The Waspy mobile app is available for iOS. You can manage conversations, send messages, and receive push notifications on the go.
How are campaigns billed?
Campaign messages follow Meta's WhatsApp Business pricing. Waspy does not add additional per-message fees. Your plan determines the number of connected numbers and team members.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion by emailing admin@waspytech.com or messaging us on WhatsApp.
